Haiku Wednesday - One Day Early!

Due to a conflict with a post scheduled to go out tomorrow, Silly Haiku Wednesday will be a wee bit early this week.

Join the fun!

Started by Jenn at You Know...That Blog?
To begin your haiku you need to know the basics.
At it's very core haiku is simply 3 non-rhyming lines
of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively.
Come join the fun.

This week's theme: Parent (s) or (ing)
I decided to do a prose on both! Enjoy.

Sowing and raising.
Loving, teaching, nourishing.
Laughter. Tears. Joy. Fears.

Withering, dying.
Hoping children providing.
Love, comfort and care.

I'll post next week. Since I don't have children, I think I'll leave the haiku subject to the experts: all you great parents out there. :)
See you next Wed.

I keep sitting here and trying to come up with something, but nothing comes even close to yours.
You are the pro at this.

Yelling and screaming.
Dirty laundry everywhere.
Hugging, cooking, forgiving.
Hockey practice again....

I was early last week too, I got a bit confused while on holiday and was sure it was Wednesday!

Super haikus this week, really thought provoking. It's always a pleasure to read your contributions.
