Now is that cold or hot soup?
nice. it does look good..
Blue: I roasted the butternut squash 1st. The potatoes were left over from the previous night's dinner. I added sage infused butter, a cayenne pepper and seasonings such as kosher salt, fresh ground pepper and my special blend. The broth and half and half were added in equal parts until the desired consistency was reached. This blender, a Vita-Mix, is a professional model and, when blended on "high" for long enough it will "cook" the soup as well.
It is generous of the autumn, to make soup taste so much better.
That looks so delicious! I love this squash soup..
that looks wonderful...perfect for this time of year;)
Perfect fall food! I'd like a bowl of it right now, do you deliver??
Ooo.. looks good!
