An Incredibly Random Post...Because I Have Nothing!

My friend Tracy, over at Iced Karma Coffee, wrote a blog post on Sunday about nothing. She was trying to see if she could write 2 paragraphs on nothing and succeeded in doing so. Since I have nothing for you today I'd like to try something similar. Only this will be a series of photos, taken throughout the day, of something random. That something random would be my footwear. Yeah, I know, you're all pretty excited for me to proceed so I'll just get on with it.

First off, we have my dog walking shoes.
An incredibly ugly cute pair of knockoffs Crocs.

They went well with yesterday's dog walking outfit, don't you think?

Next will be my carpooling footwear.

These Keds are really sweet. A favorite of mine.
It's really too cold to wear them anywhere but in the car.
Such a shame.  Hurry up spring!

Later in the day I had to run to the store
for some salad fixings for dinner.
I must ensure my toes stay toasty
if I happen to walk by the freezer aisle, due to my Raynaud's.
That's why I put these black leather boots on.

They were literally a steal at Coldwater Creek Outlet for like $15.
Remember to always shop their online outlet for the best bargains!
Note: I was neither paid or reimbursed in any way for my
Coldwater Creek testimonial.
If, however, Coldwater Creek would like to send me
some free merchandise to keep review
I would happily oblige.
(I'm a petite small if anyone from CC is reading)

Oooops! You weren't suppose to see that!
The tootsies are going commando!

There. That's better.

Santa brought me a pair of Vera Wang slippers for Christmas.
As you can tell, I've worn them a lot!
They are quite comfortable and keep my feet warm
while I'm at home in our 68 degree house. (Brrrrr)

Well that's it. I have nothing else, unless you want to see the incredible thing I can do with my toes. Wait, you really want to see it? You guys are just weird. Okay, here goes:

Yikes! Beware the "talon toes"!
I can literally pick things up off the floor with these babies.
Yeah, I know. The talent runs deep.
(I so need a pedicure!)

Those toes definitely look like they belong with your dog walking photo.

Random posts are always fun, especially when they involve talented talons.

I admit it - I read the entire post! And I really liked it! Oh well. It's probably best if I don't try to analyze myself too much on that one! :)

How cute! I was hoping to see another pic of your running shoes. I need a new pair so I can get moving again. *sigh*...

I think we have about the same taste in shoes, very mom, very practical. I need a pair of Keds, those look sweet.
I can do that with my toes, too! Except my toes seem somewhat longer and more freakishly peanut shaped than yours. Your toes don't look like peanuts at all.

It started all nice and pretty...dog walking shoes, typical mommy errand shoes, comfy boots, cute slippers, not bad looking toes and then.....BAM.

Are you trying to give me nightmares, lol?

Well, I wasn't at all freaked out by the toes! I've got a daughter who used to 'walk on her toe knuckles' when she was little. She's disgustingly double jointed all over and can do that with her toes. She can cross her toes (unassisted) like you'd cross your fingers...can you do that?
Now me? If I tried to do that like you did, I'd be cramped beyond being able to stand.
Love this post. It's a great idea. Me, too. I've got nothing for today.
Maybe after I spend time with Leah this afternoon.

Thanks for the kuddos mention! I am looking for something to write about as well, so maybe I should do some picture entry thing as well.

I love the dog walking shoes, I have walmart specials very similar that I use for the same purpose.

That's too funny- talon toes! My brothers and I all have long toes, especially my youngest brother- yikes! Looks like my son inherited them, too, daddy calls them "finger-toes." :)

I want you to know that I do not like feet. But I looked at all those pictures just because I love you. Even the last one. Yes, I did.

Hehe I can do that with my toes too, well I could until I broke my leg, seems like they fixed my left leg so my foot doesn't do that anymore so it's just my right now. It's useful to be able to pick things up though. My boyfriend calls it my monkey foot which is kind of weird.

Wow! You are one of those ladies with all kinds of shoes. Well, I guess I have my slippers, my tennis shoes and various dress shoes to match out-fits.

I'm RARELY without some kinds of footwear because I can't stand stepping on anything...wet, grainy, sticky, hard, crunchy....
