If it were me, I would go with a color that is just a shade or two lighter than the tile. If you go too light, you will be cleaning it all the time. A shade that is similar to the tile will give you a more spacious look, as well.
Thanks Willoughby. What I'm struggling with is finding that one color of grout that is "warm" enough to incorporate the warm tone of our stain. Too much to ask for, right?
CHOICES! SO many CHOICES you've had to make lately!!!! How do you do it? I would just be telling hubby to pick whatever...then would spend the next few years griping about it!! LOL! Mr. 5th is lucky you don't do things MY way!!! It's looking great, though!
Raouly...too funny! Mr. Sister is just like you! After painting the kitchen, initially, 10 years ago all I heard was "boy this kitchen looks PINK"! (It's BRICK you silly man!) In all honesty, concerning the tile, Mr. Sister is actually quite pleased and was instrumental in the selection process.
Good luck! I'm sure you'll find the right one. Are you and your husband installing the tile yourselves? I like installing the tile, but I hate the grouting. I think I had grout on my hands for weeks afterward!
