Full of stories and souveniers!
(A cashmere pashmina for me!)
Flank steak, med. rare, stuffed with spinach and goat cheese,
served with roasted asparugus
Her favorite dinner was enjoyed immensely but then the jet lag kicked in. I almost hate to wake her up this morning but promised her I would take her to Mass. Once things settle down, I'll be sure to have her guest blog about her adventures.

Welcome home, sweet cheeks! I can't wait to read about your travels.
A pashmina is a pretty great souvenir, lucky mom!
Dinner looks wonderful. Is the stuffed flank steak your own creation, or do you follow a specific recipe? It looks so tender in the picture, I'm wondering if you marinate it. I've had some tough flank steak, so I'm curious!
I have an award waiting for you at my blog!
