K is for the Kindly Knight

Awaiting the kindly, silver knight

For he, I believe, holds the key

That unlocks that place

Where love is kept

Buried deep inside of me

I will wait for him on yonder knoll

Upon bended knees I shall kneel

Anticipating his kiss,

Untying heart’s knot

As he kindles my desire to heal

Ah, my knight in shining armor
The keepsake he gives to me

Is the knowledge I now have,

This kernel of truth:

That I, all along, held the key

Wearing Vestments the Vicar raises the Vessel for all to Venerate.

Veritas.

Vast my hopes; Vigorous my prayers...longing for Virtue.

Veritas.

But I Vacillate, bearing Vestiges of sin (Venial they may be)
staining my soul.

Veritas.

Vital is this Visible sacrament...participating of my own Volition.

Veritas.

Vanquish the Vipor's Venom Vexing my spirit.

Veritas.

A Visceral Victory to be won.

Veritas.

Vindication in the Vestibule.

Sensational Haiku Wednesday-Dreams

Subconscious erupts.

Truth in hidden images

Dare we seek further?

Clues to the psyche.

Fears leave us immobilized.

We MUST dig deeper.

For facing these truths

may ransom our captive souls.

Freedom found in dreams.
