Dear Boss,
I may be getting a wee bit too old for 36 hours, 3 days in a row, 12 hour shifts. Although we were steady and not overwhelmingly too busy, I'm unsure if my joints can handle it much longer! Let's suffice it to say that now that I am no longer a "home schooling mom" I have a bit more flexibility with the schedule.

It felt good to sleep in until 6:30 am. I was hoping to stay in bed a wee bit longer but 6:30 is better than 4:30 any day. Could you tell your buddy Tuesday to not disturb me until maybe after 7:00? Thanks. I appreciate it.

I hope your knee feels better, soon! We're "weary" over here at our house, too, but maybe for a different reason...yeah, I'm a bit old to be staying up until 1:00 a.m. for concerts...especially with kiddos. LOL

I can't believe it's the first day of summer! Where did spring go? Sorry about your knee, and it's so true that things start breaking and busting up in these old bods right about now. Not a fan!
Oh I wish we had summer in Germany - we have all rain and clouds and cold wind. So yes - Summer - take a break and come over to Germany... ;=)

We'd make an interesting pair today, because all of a sudden my left knee decided to give me some excruciating pain. No idea why. I hadn't thought of Ben Gay, but perhaps I should. And I so am with you on the Ikea thing. LOVE love love that store. Wish there was one here in CO.
Boy, did summer ever show up! I wouldn't mind a little break either--maybe a thunderstorm or at least a cloud to cover the sun for 15 minutes??
I am really going to have to check out IKEA. I went once and we got 2 bookcases and a kitchen cabinet thing, but I wasn't feeling well, so I guess I didn't properly take it all in. Will have to revisit...
maybe we should write and ask summer to stay forever....luv it ;)

Video works now. Forgot to make it public on Youtube. Thanks for coming by today. California has taken a break from Summer weather for a few years now. So weird. May was coldish (60's). We had 2 90degree days in June and then back to 70's. Seems like we get one hot week a summer and that is all. Everyone is so happy when it hits 80. Swimming at anything less than 85 outside just is too cold in my view. Of course we are headed to the East Coast in a week. That should fry our brain cells. Did I mention that most people in CA don't have airconditioning? Yeah...so that one hot week a year is REALLY HOT with no escaping it. Holly:)
