Sensational Haiku Wednesday-Generosity

Donating freely,
Giving from one's own treasure,
Helping humankind.

Our Mother's embrace,
Tender and compassionate,
Overflows with love.

Sacrificial Lamb of God.

I love the last paragraph! :D

Here's mine:
Giving from the heart,
As all things belong to God,
God will be so pleased!

Ok ok... I'm lousy in haiku! :(

WOW... Polly , you have OUTDONE yourself.

I love all three Haiku.

The first one, the second verse is very powerful,
giving from one's own treasure,
very hard to do, to let go.
Indeed to give to man kind.
Charity from the heart to others, indeed,
very noble.

Your last verse....
when I read it out loud...
BANG...
I am humbled by your faith !

Your second verse....
Mother's love,
Unconditional love and
Mother's love is very powerful
and humbling indeed.

Now , I am no critic but I like the way
you place the verses,
giving from our home to others,
to unconditional mother's love
to GOD'S BENEVOLENCE!

I salute you!

Just want to wish you HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!

Have you a great one!

Hi Polly...Read your last post and was so touched by your authenticity. One of the biggest reasons I come here. Like so many others said, you are such a beautiful woman, and better than that...a child of the living God! To Him you are His little princess...a treasure He adores. Luckily we get to adore you too:) Love the Haiku. You get better every week at finding the essence of that style of poetry. Lovely. Also, thanks for the reminder of M*A*S*H. I think I could recite every episode to this day...as well as hum the theme song. Amazing comedy. Cheers, Holly

Awesome haikus, I especially love the last one. If that's not the epitome of generosity, I don't know what is.

Your haikus are so nice! Mine came across very cynical, apparently. Glad I stopped by!
